Job Description
Onsite support executive role is not a core technical job/you will not be exposed to any coding or language related work. This is basically a client facing support role where you will be handling primary queries from mall team and from the stores inside the shopping mall. This is not a field job, you will be given a workstation/seat inside the mall office along with access to a laptop or desktop computer.
WovVTech provides Automated Daily Sales Reporting Software that empowers mall team to access automated sales data from all tenants. By leveraging smarter analytics and Accurate Sales Data Reporting, concessionaires can maximize revenue and achieve a better ROI. Our ADSR software captures comprehensive sales data, including billing and revenue information.
With its built-in advanced analytics reports, users can benchmark performances, analyze sales trends, compare data across multiple locations, and gain valuable insights. WovVRA portal provides convenient access to multiple locations through a single login, ensuring control through user- and role-based access and authorization. WovVRA is your trusted partner for streamlining sales reporting and optimizing revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
· Installation of our software in all tenants present in the mall after checking the basic installation checklist
· Ensure the data flow happens for all installed stores every day; If there is an issue in dataflow, you will have to troubleshoot the issue and fix it; If the issue is from tenant/brand side, escalate the case accordingly to get it fixed by the respective stakeholder
· Collection of BWR reports from these stores on monthly basis (during 1st week) for doing the audit reconciliation task; You will have to completely learn the audit process within the first 3 months after joining. For conducting the audit, excel knowledge is a must. (Check if you possess this skill to enroll yourself for this position)
· Maintain good rapport with the mall team and be proactive in your communication to them with regard to the ongoing issues; You will be our representative in the mall and the first level contact for mall team; They will reach out to you for all issues/queries related to WovVTech
· You will be supported by a backend team member and a technical team who will provide support for complex issues
· We expect you to be neatly dressed with formals and shoes on all working days and well-groomed appearance
· Your work days are from Monday to Saturday and Sunday is your weekly off (The weekly off can be swapped to a weekday in future as per business requirement)
· Shift starts at 10am and ends by 7pm; Please ensure to follow the timings and also sign in the attendance register in mall office/biometric attendance login without fail
Training:
· Our senior resource will provide you hands on experience on all necessary topics and tasks for 7-10 days time and will also observe how you are able to perform these tasks post training
o You can continue to seek help from him and from other seniors till you are in the learning curve

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
