Our esteemed client is seeking a Technical Support Executive proficient in the Shopify ecosystem, coupled with a solid foundation in customer service for a global clientele. This role presents an exciting chance to collaborate closely with international eCommerce brands and bolster their expansion endeavors.

📍 Location: Indore

🧑‍💼 Experience: 3+ Years

🎯 Industry: SaaS / eCommerce / Shopify Tech

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve Shopify store issues, apps, plugins & themes

- Provide support via email, live chat, and international client calls

- Facilitate client onboarding and assist in store setup & plugin integration

- Escalate recurring issues to the dev/product team

- Maintain an internal knowledge base and resolution templates

- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and gather client feedback routinely

- Aid clients in embracing new modules/features

- Collaborate across time zones with professionalism and empathy

✅ Must-Have Skills:

- 3+ years in tech or customer support (SaaS/eCom background preferred)

- Proficiency in the Shopify admin panel, apps, and store setups

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Liquid is advantageous

- Experience with support tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, etc.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Problem-solving acumen with a proactive approach
