Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. They will analyze and resolve technical issues, offer customer support, and ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the video surveillance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
