Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Technical Support Engineer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of coding, APIs, and networking, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting API integrations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client technical queries and provide timely solutions.

• Use Postman and internal tools to test and debug REST APIs.

• Analyze API responses, network issues, and system logs to identify root causes.

• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to escalate and resolve product issues.

• Document support tickets, steps, and resolutions for future reference. • Assist clients during onboarding, configuration, and integration processes.

• Work in rotational shifts to provide global support coverage.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of coding (PHP, Python, or JavaScript preferred).

• Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.

• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in any shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE/B-tech

• Experience with CRM, SaaS, or API-based platforms is a plus.

• Basic understanding of server logs, browser console, and API authentication (OAuth, tokens, etc.).
