Job Description

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English).

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.

Immediate joiners only.

No leaves allowed during training.

Key Skills:

OS troubleshooting (Windows XP, 8, 10)

Hardware and network troubleshooting

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, VPNs, AD, DNS, and DHCP

Familiarity with Network Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP)

SLA management and ticketing
