Job Description

We have job opening for the position of Technical Support Engineer for Vadodara Location.

Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical / Automation Engineering or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: Vadodara

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for SCADA, PLC, and IoT-based automation systems.
Handle integration of different protocols (Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP, MQTT, etc.).
Support in project execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Work on configuration and maintenance of field instruments (flow meters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, actuators, valves, etc.).
Assist in preparing technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and reports.
Coordinate with project and site teams for timely support and resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC programming, and IoT protocols.
Hands-on experience with field instruments and industrial automation.
Good understanding of project execution, site work, and system integration.
Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
