Technical Support Engineer (D&R)

GlobalLogic is seeking a skilled Technical Support / Application Support / Product Support professional with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, software architectures, and system-level troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with APIs, monitoring tools, Linux environments, and databases, and will be comfortable reading and analyzing application code.

• Strong understanding of cloud technology and modern software architectures (monolithic, microservices, etc.).
• Experience reading and understanding code in Python or C#.
• Ability to trace issues through code and system logs.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux (commands, processes, networking, permissions).
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting data issues.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms and their core services (compute, storage, networking).
• Solid understanding of monitoring, alerting, and logging concepts and tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience with SIEM/SOAR tools and security monitoring workflows. Exposure to incident response, automation, or reliability engineering practices.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of software systems, cloud architectures, and distributed applications.
  Monitor application and system health using logging and monitoring tools; analyze logs to identify and resolve issues.Interact with and troubleshoot REST APIs using tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, cURL, and Swagger.Read, understand, and debug application code written in Python or C#.Work extensively in Linux environments, performing system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting.Query and manage relational databases using SQL to investigate data-related issues.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.Support cloud-based applications and services, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
