Technical Support Engineer (D&R)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in cloud-based and software system support. The role focuses on analyzing, supporting, and troubleshooting complex cloud and on-premise applications, while working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth system operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud technologies, Advance knowledge of Linux, software architectures, monitoring and logging tools, REST APIs, and relational databases. The role requires the ability to read and understand Python or C# code, interact with APIs using tools like Postman, cURL, Chrome DevTools, and Swagger, and analyze system performance using monitoring solutions.

• 2+ years of experience in Technical, Product, or Application Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and software architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and their core services.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools and related concepts.
• Experience working with REST APIs using tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, cURL, and Swagger.
• Ability to read and understand Python or C# code for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and strong SQL skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux, including command-line operations, log analysis, process management, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring and system diagnostics.
• Exposure to SIEM/SOAR platforms for security operations (preferred).
• Must possess a graduation degree (any stream) with Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
• Willingness to work from office in Nagpur and support rotational shifts (5 working days with 2 weekly offs).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

• Perform database queries and analysis using SQL on relational databases (RDBMS).
• Apply advanced Linux knowledge for system troubleshooting, log analysis, process management, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cloud operations teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
• Support cloud platform operations, ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance of services.
• Assist with security operations using SIEM/SOAR platforms (nice to have).
• Maintain documentation and contribute to improving monitoring, troubleshooting, and support processes.
