About You:

  • You are a

    Graduate

    from any discipline.
  • You have a minimum of

    1 year of experience in a Service Desk

    role.
  • You are proficient in using

    Ticketing Tools

    for support management.
  • You possess

    excellent communication skills

    in English, suitable for an international voice process.
  • You are customer-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
