Role Overview:

Technical Support Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email related to product or service issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with electronic devices, software, or applications.
• Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers for resolving issues efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior customer/technical support experience can apply.

System Requirements (Mandatory):

• Processor:

  Intel i3 or above

• RAM:

  Minimum 8GB

• Internet Speed:

  Minimum 30 Mbps (stable connection required)

• Power Backup:

  Inverter or generator (mandatory for work continuity)

• Headset:

  Noise-cancellation USB headset

• Operating System:

  Windows 10 or 11

Work Details:

• Work Mode:

  Permanent Work from Home

• Shift Timing:

  Rotational (including night shifts)

• Working Days:

  6 days/week, 1 rotational week off

• Salary:

  20,000 CTC/16,000 In-hand
