Job Description

Role:

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support to international customers via calls
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Document interactions and follow SOPs
Escalate complex issues when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality metrics

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
(Mandatory)
Customer Support experience is mandatory
Undergraduates
with relevant experience are eligible

Good English proficiency (written & verbal)

5 days Work from Office (2 week-offs)

2-way cab facility within a 30 km radius for both men and Women
If not opting for company cab:
4,500 transportation allowance (for men)
