Job Description

Role:

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to international customers via calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Document interactions and follow SOPs
  • Escalate complex issues when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality metrics

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience in an International Voice Process

    (Mandatory)
  • Customer Support experience is mandatory

  • Undergraduates

    with relevant experience are eligible

  • Good English proficiency (written & verbal)

  • 5 days Work from Office (2 week-offs)

  • 2-way cab facility within a 30 km radius for both men and Women
  • If not opting for company cab:

    4,500 transportation allowance (for men)
