Key Job Responsibilities

Summary:

* Main technical contact in India between Company, their external and internal Customers , Partners (Suppliers and Blending Partners) and the

Technology Team in Belgium.

* Gain knowledge of coolant technologies, Customer needs and utilize appropriately.

* Build relationships with Tier1 suppliers, 3rd party testing labs, approving authorities like ARAI and assist parent company to understand the local

needs.

* Assist the Company in developing new products by gathering data/samples/ monitor fleet tests wherever and whenever sought. Keep the

organization aware of the new technologies trends in India.

Required education & most critical job skills:

1) Educational background: University education in Chemical engineering - Minimum 10-years experience in Lubricants, Lubricant Additives,

Water Based Metal Working Fluids, however most preferred is experience in the Automotive Coolants industry.

2) Experience of interacting independently with Technical and Sales departments of OEMs.

3 ) Knowledge of international and Indian Standards in Coolants and Lubricants. Knowledge of d testing methods and OEMs approval protocol.

4) Excellent communication & presentation skills;

5) A strong 'service attitude'.

6) Ability and desire to travel frequently;

7) Good Level of English and Hindi (spoken and written);

Describe any unique complexity that should be considered when evaluating this position:

* Ability to work independently in a matrix organization. Works remotely from the rest of the Company Technology team and in a different time zone,

which

can be challenging.

* Develop cooperative/collaborative relationships with both internal and external Customers.

* This function is the key Customer interface between Company and Customers / Partners within area of responsibility

* This individual should be a lead in contributing to decision making and problem solving of any team in which they participate, including taking a

lead

position where applicable in cross-functional teams.

* Strong ownership, result-driven and self-motivated.

* 'Go the extra mile' in situations of ambiguity.
