Ltd. aims to serve the vast market of India and the subcontinent. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in South India. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair activities, and performing field service tasks. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving issues with machinery, ensuring timely maintenance, and supporting clients through effective communication. The role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality service. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks Field Service proficiency, including on-site assessments and interventions Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred Prior experience in the concrete machinery industry is a plus
