Service Engineer

• Carry out on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of submersible and self-priming pumps and motors.
• Inspect and verify warranty status for each service case before initiating repair/replacement.
• Approve and process service bills, ensuring alignment with service logs, warranty terms, and company policy.
• Maintain detailed records of service visits, customer complaints, and technical issues.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding service schedules and status.
• Coordinate with the ASC team for customer feedback, service resolutions, and follow-ups.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product and design teams for quality improvement.
• Train junior technicians and ensure safety and service standards are followed at all times.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts, and coordinate procurement as needed for service calls.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and professional conduct.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
