Technical Service Manager

You are a seasoned Senior Technical Service Manager with a strong background in Data Center Networking and experience managing network operations teams in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Your role will be based in Navi Mumbai, and you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of Arista-based data center network infrastructure, ensuring uptime, high availability, and performance of Arista Fabric. You will drive the adoption and operational use of Arista CloudVision Portal for provisioning, config management, and network-wide visibility. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring security and compliance, leading network change planning, and incident management. Additionally, you will support planning and execution of data center expansions, migrations, and cloud integrations using Arista's open standards. As a leader, you will manage a team of network engineers, collaborate with vendors, and ensure 24X7 operations are maintained. Your technical skills should include intermediate level expertise in Arista EOS, CloudVision, VXLAN/EVPN, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, QoS, and strong knowledge of data center architectures. You should be hands-on with telemetry, network APIs, and automation tools like Python and Ansible. Familiarity with banking or financial services operations processes, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks is essential. You should have proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, project management, and delivering projects within schedule, budget, and quality. Soft skills such as strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities are crucial for this role. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 10+ years of experience in IT Operations Management, including 5 years of handling a team of data center network engineers. Preferred certifications include ACE (Arista Certified Engineer), CCNP/CCIE, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum, CISA, or CISM. Experience in BFSI or financial institutions with exposure to mission-critical, regulated data centers is preferred. Reporting to the Customer Network Team, Arista Technical Lead, or Arista Day 2 Ops Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of data center networking infrastructure in a banking or financial services domain.,
