Role & responsibilities 1. Planning, execution and monitoring of all mechanical maintenance activities for the area/plant assigned 2. To keep all the mechanical equipment, including standby and warehouse assemblies in the plant in healthy condition and ready for operation. 3. Planning, execution and monitoring of shutdown activities safely, timely and within budget. 4. Planning, execution and commissioning of all capital expenditures, plant modifications 5. Review and timely ordering of required spare parts and ensuring availability of the same in stores. 6. Technical evaluation of offers for purchase requisitions, quality inspection of incoming goods/spare parts 7. Prepare revenue and capital expenditure budget with justification for the plant 8. Daily job allotment, inspection, tracking of maintenance jobs to company technicians and contractor work force 9. Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules 10. Maintain daily log book, equipment history, equipment performance, uptime, downtime, budget versus actual maintenance expenditures. Failure analysis 11. Prepare technical scope, terms and conditions of service requisitions, cost estimation of work 12. Make drawings of components for sending work orders to workshop Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Role & responsibilities Provide round the clock service to various production plants for proper working of Equipment. Maintain and up keeping good working condition. Plan shutdown jobs and resources in consultation with the Manager. Specify, procure, install, commission, document, validate, maintain and modifying Equipment in their respective plant area. Maintain the necessary spares of their respective areas. Interact and co-ordinate with process engineers of their respective plants and resolves their complaints Provide equipments maintenance services to the respective areas for proper working of equipment. Acquainted with projection relay, load flow analysis, trouble shooting of HT, LT switch gears & Synchronization. 8.3 MW Steam turbine synchronization with Grid & Diesel Generator. Updated knowledge of latest software-based PM, MM modules of SAP system & ISO. Erection, commissions & testing of transformers, motors & switchgears. Inventory planning and control. Fulfill SHE requirements in adherence to Work Instructions and Waste Management norms. Maintenance of 850 KW M.V VFD (SIEMENS Make). Preferred candidate profile 1) Candidate should be B. E / B.Tech (Electrical) with first class. 2) Candidate having SAP exposure will be preferred.
