Technical Service Manager

As an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: - Utilize your 8+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience to handle upgrades, performance issues, and troubleshooting tasks effectively. - Demonstrate a strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and technologies to ensure smooth system operations. - Execute technical planning, implementation, and configuration for Release upgrades and System conversions efficiently. - Troubleshoot upgrade issues and performance problems at different layers such as SAP application & Databases. - Showcase expertise in SAP HANA and possess good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and migration paths. - Familiarity with upgrade tools like SUM, DMO will be an added advantage. - Ability to coordinate project deliveries in a heterogeneously environment and work effectively as a virtual member of a dispersed team.
