We at Smollan India Pvt Ltd are hiring for Industrial Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for minimum 2 experienced professionals to grow in the field of lubricant oil industrial sales.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 02 years in B2B/Industrial Sales (Lubricants, Cutting Oils)
• Salary: ₹55000 to ₹95000 CTC per month
Key
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in fulfilling the right principle of having the Right Lubricant, in the Right Place, at Right Time, in the Right Quantity and at the Right Cleanliness level
2. Manage change-over procedure and update & assist in managing change-over plan and manage lubricant equivalent compatibility
3. Conduct lubricant surveys, achieve the introduction of new lubricant technologies, manage contamination control and rationalize the number of products
4. Ensure that the product issued to customers is at an acceptable quality level
5. Ensure that there are Continuous Improvement of customer operations which are agreed upon must be measurable, monitored and reported on a regular basis to the customer.
6. Continuous Improvement in Lubricant processes at customer end - Equipment life extensions - Oil Life extension -Reduced safety risk - Higher Flash Point Products where needed. Upselling high-performance products and greases - Project and proof of performance - Re-lubrication interval optimization for site maintenance schedule - Sell add-on products like oil analysis
7. Highlight maintenance inefficiencies.
8. To share lubrication and maintenance best practices with the customer and the sales team Ensure Zero leakage philosophy (cooperation/synergy with filter, hose & seal suppliers)
9. Responsible to track any new product trials, ongoing product trial, take oil samples discuss & provide feedback to the team.
10. Ensure that there is cost-effective usage of lubricants by the customer through training.
a. Help with training and development of Customer Maintenance Personnel in lubricants. Product equivalents, Basic Lubrication, Grease, Premature Bearing Failure, Improving oil ISO Cleanliness, Oil sampling and analysis, Storage.
11. Work closely with Lubricant Sales Manager to ensure the technical team aligns with the overall sales strategy. Highlight pricing, contract, and stock issues to commercial and supply chain teams.
12. Operate within strict respect of HSSE guidelines while leading by example.
