Technical Scrum Master (15 yrs Noida)

About The Opportunity

• Lead and mentor multiple cross-functional Scrum teams through the full Agile lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery of sprint commitments and business outcomes.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospectives) and enforce Definition of Done and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and engineering leads to prioritize backlog, decompose features into actionable user stories, and remove impediments.
• Drive cross-team dependency management and release planning, coordinate PI planning and synchronize deliveries across distributed teams.
• Embed engineering best practices by partnering with DevOps and QA—integrate CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and release automation into team workflows.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and scale Agile maturity across teams using frameworks like SAFe and Kanban where appropriate.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development/IT with proven experience leading Agile teams in an on-site enterprise environment.
• Demonstrable track record as a Technical Scrum Master / Agile Lead driving end-to-end product delivery for complex engineering programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD practices and collaboration with DevOps teams to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies, release trains, and coordinate multi-team planning events (PI planning, release planning).
• Deep experience with Agile tooling and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Azure DevOps) to track velocity, risks, and impediments.
• Strong technical fluency with modern software development practices, microservices architectures, and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  

Preferred

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) experience for enterprise Agile transformations.
• Experience with large-scale Agile tools such as Jira Align or VersionOne and managing distributed offshore/on-site team models.
