Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Tech Sales Resource to drive revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients for our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with decision-makers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Sales Representative Responsibilities:


  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the technical capabilities and value of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT leaders, CTOs, and business heads.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and product teams to create customized proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handoff to account management teams.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of software sales executives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and segments.
  • Collaborate with CSM for effective customer account handoff.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience of more than 2 years in US tech sales, SaaS, software solutions is a must.
  • Strong understanding of technology concepts and ability to discuss technical solutions confidently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling, enterprise accounts, and consultative sales approaches.
  • This is an onsite requirement; the candidate is expected to work from the office completely.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work from both Rangreth and Zaira locations.
