Technical Sales Representative

As a Technical Sales Presenter at SafeAeon, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue by effectively communicating complex technical concepts to prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue. - Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on products and services. - Assisting in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. - Analyzing sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies. - Conducting thorough research on competitors" products, pricing, and market success. - Utilizing your technical knowledge to explain product specifications and complex concepts to customers. - Employing sales techniques such as active listening and effective communication to persuade customers. - Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products. - Building and nurturing client relationships through regular check-ins. - Collaborating with the sales team and adapting to different parts of the sales process as required. - Keeping abreast of industry trends to stay competitive. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in the Cybersecurity Industry is a plus. - Excellent practical and theoretical understanding of SafeAeon's service offerings and partnered products. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. - Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous. - Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
