Technical Sales Representative

Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to lead sales efforts for Smile AI Tutor across Kerala. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding schools, colleges, and educational institutions, introducing them to our AI-based personalized learning platform. This role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of technology, and the ability to build trusted relationships with educators and administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Smile AI Tutor in Kerala
• Reach out to schools, colleges, and education partners
• Deliver product demos and presentations
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Manage local sales pipeline and reporting
• Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain tech products to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Based in Kerala or willing to travel across the state

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education sector
• Fluency in Malayalam and English
• Familiarity with sales tools or CRM software
