About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Developer to lead the development of advanced digital platforms focused on AI, education, and research. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems and building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of web-based platforms
• Guide junior developers and review code for quality, security, and scalability
• Design APIs, data models, and backend systems
• Develop clean and maintainable frontend interfaces
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals
• Plan and manage development sprints and technical roadmaps

Required Skills

• Strong command over modern programming languages (backend and frontend)
• Deep understanding of API design, databases, and system architecture
• Proven ability to take ownership of features from concept to deployment
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience working in agile or fast-moving development environments
• Clear communication and team leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring developers or managing small technical teams
• Understanding of AI, EdTech, or research-based product ecosystems
• Exposure to CI/CD, testing frameworks, and security best practices
• Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment environments
