Job Description

Responsible for expanding business in the assigned territory by performing, but not limited to, the following:

  • Execute both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Grow regional sales and expand Omicron’s market share.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationship with consultants, contractors, and end-users, especially within the Data Centres, HVAC and BMS segments.
  • Proactively identify and connect with new clients using strategic sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering actionable improvements.
  • Effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron’s solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales orders within stipulated timeframes.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities including pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare customer visit plan and provide timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.

Product Portfolio

The engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of Omicron products, including (but not limited to):

  • Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Sensors
  • Air Quality Monitoring Systems
  • Water Quality Monitoring Instruments
  • HVAC/BMS-Integrated Sensor Solutions

Target Customers

  • OEMs
  • Data Centres
  • Automation Companies
  • Pharmaceutical Plants
  • HVAC & BMS Consultants
  • Contractors executing HVAC/BMS projects
  • Direct End Users across sectors

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics or Instrumentation.
  • Experience: 4–8 years in sales of instrumentation/sensor products.
  • Prior experience in the HVAC and/or BMS domain is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
