Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a smile. Answer and transfer phone calls politely. Keep the reception area clean and tidy. Maintain visitor logbook and issue passes. Manage incoming and outgoing couriers. Provide basic company information to visitors. Do data entry, Filing and maintain records in Excel and Tally. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Good communication and presentation skills. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
