BMS & HVAC Executive

Responsibilities:

• Attend service and calibration calls for BMS and HVAC instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in sensors- Pressure transmitter, Flow Meter, Level, controllers, VFDs, AHU/FCU systems.
• Perform calibration of temperature, pressure, flow, and humidity instruments.
• Prepare service reports, calibration certificates, and documentation.
• Support site visits for AMC, breakdowns, and testing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• 1–3 years of experience in BMS/HVAC service and calibration.
• Knowledge of calibration procedures and BMS communication protocols (Modbus/BACnet).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
