Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to lead regional sales for Smile AI Tutor, our AI-powered learning platform for students and educators. You will drive outreach and partnerships across Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, focusing on schools, colleges, and institutions. This role requires strong technical understanding, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Smile AI Tutor sales across Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu
• Identify and approach schools, colleges, and education boards for partnerships
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and onboarding sessions
• Understand client needs and propose tailored platform solutions
• Manage leads, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with product and support teams for client success

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in technical sales or EdTech sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand and explain AI-based platforms to non-technical audiences
• Experience managing regional sales targets
• Willingness to travel occasionally across South India

Preferred Skills

• Background in EdTech or SaaS sales
• Fluency in English plus one South Indian languages
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
