Job Description

As a Technical Sales Executive at Nyflextec, your role will involve generating new leads, understanding client requirements, and promoting software solutions effectively. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, maintaining sales pipelines, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. Building strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and coordinating with internal teams for project delivery will be crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and identify potential clients for Nyflextecs software products and services. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features clearly. - Follow up on leads, maintain sales pipelines, and meet targets. - Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery. - Maintain CRM data, prepare sales reports, and update management regularly. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT preferred but not mandatory). - 1-2 years of experience in Technical Sales / Software Sales / IT Sales. - Good understanding of software products or IT services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
