Role Description

This is a full-time technical Sales Engineer role at Transmonk India Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to expanding the customer base, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is primarily located in Pune with sales reponsibility of west region.

Qualifications

Basic knowlege about industrial fan or HVAC sector
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage multiple customers and inquiries efficiently.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel out of state as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Coordinate with the internal team for order dispatches, product availability, and after-sales support.
Prepare and submit reports on sales activities .
