Role Description

This is a full-time technical Sales Engineer role at Transmonk India Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to expanding the customer base, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is primarily located in Pune with sales reponsibility of west region.

Qualifications

• Basic knowlege about industrial fan or HVAC sector
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple customers and inquiries efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel out of state as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order dispatches, product availability, and after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities .
