Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-focused Technical Sales & Service Executive with experience in servicing jute mills or heavy industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving lubricant product sales and offering technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to ensure smooth equipment operation in jute mill environments.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Functions:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with jute mill management, maintenance, and purchase departments.
• Promote the company's range of lubricants, greases, and specialty oils tailored for jute mill machinery (e.g., looms, carding, drawing, spinning, beaming).
• Identify new business opportunities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Submit quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely payments.
• Participate in price negotiations and long-term contracts with mill owners.

Service & Technical Support:

• Conduct regular service visits for lubrication audits and preventive maintenance checks.
• Handle installation guidance, application techniques, and lubrication schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical and lubrication-related issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Train mill staff on proper handling and usage of industrial lubricants.
• Record service reports, complaints, and follow-ups in coordination with the technical team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
