Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales by providing technical solutions to clients, supporting the sales process with product knowledge, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to customize solutions Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Provide after-sales support and handle client queries Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of [product/equipment/solution type] Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers Good negotiation and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and report preparation Willingness to travel for client visits and site support Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Prior experience in B2B technical sales or industrial products Self-driven with a strong problem-solving attitude Fluent in English and local languages Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Technical Sales Engineer : 3 years (Required) Industrial Sales Engineer: 3 years (Required) Sales Engineer : 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
