Role Description – Back Office Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Chandigarh) We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Back Office Executive to join our team in Chandigarh . This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting daily back office operations and assisting with technical documentation, customer coordination, and order processing. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of technical products and the ability to support the sales and operations teams efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily back office operations, including data entry, documentation, and order coordination. Support the sales team with quotations, technical documentation, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely order execution. Maintain technical records, product specs, and customer databases. Assist with product research, vendor communication, and technical information gathering. Ensure smooth administrative workflows and support cross-functional tasks as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or a related technical field. 1–3 years of experience in back office, technical support, or administrative roles (preferred). Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Basic understanding of industrial products or technical terminology. Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills. Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a collaborative, on-site environment.
