Role Description – Back Office Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Chandigarh)

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Back Office Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting daily back office operations and assisting with technical documentation, customer coordination, and order processing. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of technical products and the ability to support the sales and operations teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily back office operations, including data entry, documentation, and order coordination.
  • Support the sales team with quotations, technical documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.
  • Maintain technical records, product specs, and customer databases.
  • Assist with product research, vendor communication, and technical information gathering.
  • Ensure smooth administrative workflows and support cross-functional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in back office, technical support, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of industrial products or technical terminology.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus
