Job Description

Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure for electronic products, solutions, or services
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, design houses, and sourcing decision-makers
Strategize and execute growth plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to craft customized proposals
Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and forecast accurately
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Lead contract negotiations and manage key account escalations if any
Pan-India focused with emphasis on West and North India
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field (MBA is a plus).
1012 years of sales experience in the electronics sector (preferably EMS, component sales, or B2B electronics solutions).
Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and long sales cycles.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
Technical sales backgrounds, preferably with experience in product/service solutions, e.g., NS Forcing, etc
