Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for technical positions.
Work extensively on
C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
requirements and ensure timely closures.
Act as a primary point of contact for
clients and stakeholders
, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and business needs.
Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, internal database, etc.).
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience as a
Technical Recruiter
, preferably in IT staffing.
Proven experience in
C2H hiring
and
client-facing roles
.
Strong
stakeholder management
and
communication skills
.
Based out of
Bangalore
and comfortable working in a
hybrid model
.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements efficiently.
