Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for technical and IT roles within BFSI / Banking domain
  • Work closely with

    business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders

    to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through

    Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and social platforms

  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for

    technology roles

    such as:
    • Java / Full Stack Developers
    • Frontend & Backend Engineers
    • Data, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Security roles
  • Ensure

    quality candidate experience

    and timely closures
  • Maintain and update

    recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards

  • Handle

    offer management, negotiations, and joining formalities

  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and BFSI standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience as a

    Technical Recruiter

    in

    BFSI / Banking / NBFC / FinTech

  • Strong understanding of

    IT & technical skill sets

    and hiring trends
  • Hands-on experience with

    job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

  • Excellent

    communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment

  • Experience in

    offer negotiations and candidate engagement

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience hiring for

    Financial Services / NBFC / FinTech companies

  • Exposure to

    startup or high-growth environments

  • Knowledge of

    ATS and recruitment analytics
