Role & responsibilities

Competent professional with over 2 - 7 years of rich experience in Recruiting, C2H staffing.
Experience requires managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
Skills/Experience
sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain records.
The role also involves tasks like coordinating interviews, interview follow-ups and Calling
Strong IT Recruitment hiring expertise-Good understanding of tech roles, skills and industry standards.
Expertise on Job portals -Ability to leverage Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals

Experience In C2H -Tech recruiter hired for Accenture, IBM, Wipro, LnT, etc for contractual roles.
