Job Title:** Technical Recruiter – Embedded/Semiconductor Domain
**Location:** Hyderabad
**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced **Technical Recruiter** with strong expertise in **embedded systems or semiconductor hiring**. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and close top technical talent.
Responsibilities:**
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for embedded/semiconductor roles.
* Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and networks.
* Screen and assess technical skills and culture fit.
* Coordinate interviews and feedback.
* Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring metrics.
Requirements:**
* 3–7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
* Hands-on hiring experience in **Embedded, Firmware, RTOS or SoC, roles.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
Good to Have:
* Experience in **Automotive, IoT, or Wireless** domains.
* Understanding of engineering teams and technical assessments.
