Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Rohini, Delhi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST

Job Summary:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage top technical talent through

  LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, referrals, and other channels

  .
• Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices in technical hiring.
• Utilize

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  and recruitment metrics to track hiring progress.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience

  in technical recruitment, preferably in IT/tech hiring.
• Expertise in

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and sourcing techniques

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively.
• Experience with

  ATS tools

  (e.g., JobDiva, Ceipal).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
