You’ll play a vital role in sourcing and hiring top engineering, product, and IT talent while shaping a positive candidate experience and building our employer brand. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (developers, DevOps, data, product, etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal profiles Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure role fit and cultural alignment Manage and optimize the recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) Provide timely updates and maintain great communication with candidates and internal teams Support employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment marketing initiatives Requirements: 2+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and hiring trends Proficient in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search) Experience using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Based in Singapore or able to work Singapore business hours remotely Bonus Points: Experience hiring for startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech companies Familiarity with tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes) Employer branding or social recruiting experience Regional (SEA/APAC) tech hiring experience What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance incentives Remote/hybrid work flexibility Fast-moving, collaborative team culture Tools and support to help you source and close great talent Growth opportunities in people ops, TA leadership, or HRBP paths
