Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including requirement gathering,

sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing using multiple channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations of candidates.
  • Broker job offer definition and closing tactics between candidates and HR leadership.
  • Create metrics and documentation that accurately reflect work activity
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by providing timely updates, market insights, and hiring status reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Drive recruitment best practices, process improvements, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Utilize Greenhouse effectively for tracking and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters in the team, if required.

Preferred candidate profile

8 - 10 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter

• Strong exposure to hiring across multiple technologies (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps,

Hardware Engineer, RF Engineer, PCB Designer, Firmware Engineer, Technical Support, Embedded

Systems etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in identifying active and passive candidates by utilizing a variety of

methods including social media platforms, external research, and LinkedIn.

• Proven ability to research and understand divisional business needs in a high tech company and implement tactical plans that will meet hiring goals.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing for requisitions from opening to closure and taking

responsibility to ensure successful completion.

• Proven experience influencing job profile and offer definition internally in addition to negotiating

external offer parameters and relocation needs.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, HRMS, and recruitment analytics tools.

• Proven track record of successfully closing niche and leadership-level technical roles.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with technical assessments or coding platforms (Coderbtye, Hacker Rank etc.).
