Technical Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and on-boarding new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements (pilots, engineers, technicians, trainers, and operations staff).
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in UAV, Agri Tech, and technology sectors.
• Coordinate with training teams to on-board interns and campus recruits into AeroMinds training and certification programs.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
• 13 years of experience in technical recruitment (experience in aviation, drones, or technology industry is a plus).
• Strong sourcing skills using portals, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Proactive mind-set with a passion for building high-performance teams.
