Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for technical and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, campus drives, etc.). Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and on-boarding new hires. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements (pilots, engineers, technicians, trainers, and operations staff). Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in UAV, Agri Tech, and technology sectors. Coordinate with training teams to on-board interns and campus recruits into AeroMinds training and certification programs. Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA HR preferred). 13 years of experience in technical recruitment (experience in aviation, drones, or technology industry is a plus). Strong sourcing skills using portals, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Proactive mind-set with a passion for building high-performance teams.

Position: Senior Agricultural Spraying Drone Pilot Location: Guntur & Nellore, Andhra Pradesh Experience: Minimum 1 year Certification: DGCA-approved Small or Medium Class Remote Pilot Certificate Key Responsibilities: 1) Operate advanced agricultural spraying drones with precision and efficiency in field environments. 2) Ensure full compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory protocols. 3) Assist in agricultural technology projects, demonstrations, and client interactions. 4) Perform regular checks, preventive maintenance, and detailed reporting of drone operations. 5) Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes for farmers and partners. Requirements: 1) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in drone operations, preferably in agriculture. 2) Valid DGCA-approved Small or Medium Class Remote Pilot Certificate is mandatory. 3) Solid knowledge of UAV flight operations and agricultural spraying systems. 4) Flexibility and willingness to travel across designated project sites.
