Role Description This is a full-time remote Technical Recruiter role at rSTAR Technologies. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing technical candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and managing candidate relationships. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Qualifications 5-7yrs Experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, and candidate assessment Familiarity with technical roles and skill sets in the IT industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools Experience in specialized technical recruiting areas like AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
