Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter in Pune. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent. A key aspect of this role involves technically assessing and filtering candidates to ensure a strong fit for our engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Full Life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and team members Experience in hiring for technical positions is preferred A bachelor's degree in engineering Special Note on Engineering Background: A strong engineering background is crucial for this role. This includes the ability to technically assess and filter candidates, which means understanding technical concepts, evaluating coding skills, reviewing project portfolios, and conducting technical interviews to gauge a candidate's proficiency and problem-solving abilities in relevant technologies.
