Technical Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter in Pune. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent. A key aspect of this role involves technically assessing and filtering candidates to ensure a strong fit for our engineering teams. Day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full Life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and team members
• Experience in hiring for technical positions is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in engineering
