Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates for non-IT and quality assurance roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of the roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate records within the Workday HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the organizations brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a similar industry or setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate assessment techniques, particularly for non-IT and quality management roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday HR systems or similar HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and forecast staffing needs, supporting workforce planning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to fill future vacancies promptly.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to determine the success of placements and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, incorporating innovative sourcing strategies where applicable.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and report findings to management.
