As a Technical Recruiter at Leadec, you will play a crucial role in hiring experienced ITI/Diploma/BE candidates for technical roles within the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting technical recruitment through various channels such as field recruiting, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and traditional sources. - Identifying, screening, and assessing candidates for technical/engineering roles, focusing on their knowledge of facility management, maintenance, and operations. - Conducting technical interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, operations management, and technical services. - Managing stakeholders with a solution-seeking approach and working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations. - Ensuring recruitment practices align with industry standards and compliance requirements. - Evaluating candidates for roles like O&M Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and Technical Supervisors. - Assisting in onboarding new hires to ensure they meet technical and operational standards. - Supporting the development of technical training programs for newly recruited professionals. - Developing and maintaining a database of skilled/technical candidates for future hiring needs. - Collaborating with the Operations Manager/Site HR to enhance the recruitment and selection process for technical roles.
