Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at Leadec in Hosur, TN, you will play a crucial role in hiring experienced ITI / Diploma / BE candidates for technical/engineering roles in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting technical recruitment through various sources, assessing candidates for their knowledge and expertise, and ensuring recruitment aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, manage stakeholders effectively, and assist in onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical recruitment through field recruiting, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and traditional sources. - Identify, screen, and assess candidates for technical/engineering roles in the industry. - Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates" knowledge of facility management, maintenance, and operations. - Manage stakeholders with a solution-seeking approach. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations. - Assess candidates" expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, operations management, and technical services. - Ensure recruitment aligns with industry standards and compliance requirements. - Evaluate candidates for roles such as O&M Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and Technical Supervisors. - Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they meet technical and operational standards. - Support the development of technical training programs for newly recruited professionals. - Develop and maintain a database of skilled/technical candidates for future hiring needs. - Collaborate with the Operations Manager/Site HR to enhance the recruitment and selection process for technical roles. Qualifications Required: - Over 4 years of experience in technical recruitment within the technical service provider, OEM, or manufacturing industry. - Experience in conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates for technical/engineering roles. - Strong understanding of facility management, maintenance, and operations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, operations management, and technical services. - Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
