Vizva is a dynamic and rapidly growing IT Employment Firm specializing in providing IT talent with specific skill sets across various industries. As a Sales Associate at Vizva, you will play a crucial role in our success by effectively managing and placing our IT Talent pool on various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with IT candidates seeking roles in their respective skill sets and work closely with our Sales Team to meet their needs. Building and maintaining relationships with IT professionals will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a database of candidates on the bench, engaging with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and availability, collaborating with the Sales Team to meet client expectations, identifying suitable candidates for specific skill requirements, negotiating compensation and contract terms, developing candidate pipelines, staying informed about industry trends, and maintaining accurate documentation of consultant interactions and placements. Qualifications required for this role include excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools, a result-driven mindset, knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth. Benefits include paid sick time, paid time off, and a yearly bonus.
