Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry. Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and market trends. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
